We currently ship within Australia only. International delivery is coming — join our mailing list to be the first to know.

Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders within Australia. Express shipping (tracked) is $14.95.

All orders are dispatched the next business day. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Free standard shipping arrives in 3–7 business days. Express shipping (tracked) arrives in 1–3 business days.

The Keepsake is designed to be completed by you and given by hand. Enter your own address at checkout, take your time filling it with your words and photographs, then gift it in person.

As each collection is made to be written in and kept, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Every order is quality checked by hand before it leaves us. If your Keepsake arrives damaged, simply send a photograph to orders@poeticromance.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, write to us at orders@poeticromance.com and we’ll open an enquiry with the carrier and look after you from there.
